What if something comes damaged?

Please let me know so I can get a reprinted and repackaged version sent out to you — FREE OF COST! I work really hard to ensure that each item that gets sent out is made in the best way possible to ensure your maximum happiness. If it doesn’t come that way — tell me! We will get it sorted. You have to reach out about replacing an order within 2 weeks of receiving the items. We can’t allow for endless replacements.

My shipping information is wrong!
What do I do?

Reach out to me! You can email the shop at shopmcstudios@gmail.com or you can message me on Instagram. I will respond and make the necessary changes. However, if the order has already gone out, I can’t do anything. Best to make the change as early as possible.

Why are the customs fees so expensive?

Packages may or may not get stuck in customs.

M.C. Studios is not responsible for it nor can refund the fee or do anything to change it.

We make sure that no packages have any prices exposed on the outside in order to make transition easier.

How does shipping work?

Everything on this site is made to order unless specified otherwise. This means that M.C. Studios does our own production in house and we work very hard to package everything by hand and in a timely manner.

Once your order is produced, packaged and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number in it. The turn around time is 4-6 weeks. If there are any delays, updates will go through my Instagram!

If you have a question about your shipping, you need to reach out via email. All DM’s regarding orders will not be answered. The social media aspect is to connect and spread information — not to deal with business matters.

Everything goes through USPS. This means that there are occasional delays that are outside of my control. Please have patience and be mindful that I am creating and managing each of these products and shipments on my own.

Your support of this small business means the world to me — I do not take it for granted! I appreciate all the understanding and patience you have towards me.

Do you ship to my country?

Odds are - yes! If you don’t see your country listed as a shipping option, reach out to me on Instagram or via email!

There are exceptions, but for the most part - I will make it happen.

What about returns/exchanges?

M.C. Studios will replace anything that comes to you damaged. However, I can’t offer returns/refunds/exchanges of any kind. Art is tricky. If you make a purchase - it’s yours for the taking! We are working to make it possible to exchange sizes - hopefully soon!

My package never arrived, what can I do?

If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen, M.C. Studios is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.

For packages that got lost within USPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - store will either refund or replace the package at no cost after 30 days unclaimed.

I’m looking for a design I saw on
TikTok I can’t find . . .

Unfortunately, not all designs can stay forever. And due to how we make shirts - once a shirt is out of the shop, it’s gone for good. I’m sorry if you miss a drop/saw the social media post too late but there’s nothing I can do about that.

I have an assistant!

This is not so much an FAQ as much as a heads up/warning. If you follow me on social media, you know I have a super helpful assistant - my dog Hemingway. Hemingway is always in my workspace and a part of the process so if a couple dog hairs sneak in your package I am sorry! She just wants to be a part of the process!
